West Deptford Sports Wrap: Track Teams Split
The boys' and girls' teams came away with wins over Haddonfield and Haddon Township, respectively.
The girls’ track team tuned up for their home relay meet this weekend, while the boys got ready for the Moorestown Relays—and both split with Colonial Conference foes Haddonfield and Haddon Township.

Megan Kirschling won the triple jump and high jump, Claudia Theriault won the pole vault and freshman Nicole Pinto blazed to a win in the 200 as the Eagles knocked off Haddon Township, 75-65, but lost to Haddonfield, 84-56, to move to 3-1 on the season.

The Eagles earned a split Wednesday, beating Haddonfield, 93-45, but losing to Haddon Township, 89-51. Kevin Cianfarini, who won the 400, and Connor Smith, who clocked 11.1 seconds to win the 100 meters, were the Eagles' top racers on the day.
Golf
Another day, another win—the Eagles moved to 4-0 with a 173-204 thumping of Audubon at RiverWinds Wednesday, once again using local knowledge to beat a visitor among the swirling winds of the home course. Kevin Brockway was the low man among both teams, firing a 39, a day after shooting an even-par 36.
Boys' lacrosse
The Eagles rolled to their third win in four games to open the season, taking down Woodstown, 8-3, on the road.
