West Deptford Wrestlers Dominate Overbrook

After a week off from the regular season and a team win at the , wrestlers showed no signs of rust—or too many Christmas cookies—in picking up Wednesday night where they left off to close out 2011.

The Eagles put up three first-period pins among their five pins to open the action, en route to a dominating performance over the visiting Overbrook Rams, 64-12.

West Deptford got nine pins total for the evening, with Scott Dennis, Eugene Marshall, Griffin Bonner, Codi Cooper and Mark Fischer all getting first-period pins.

Overbrook didn't put any points on the board until the 10th bout of the night, when the outcome was already decided.

The Eagles are in action again this weekend, hosting a tri-meet against Williamstown and Gloucester Saturday at 10 a.m.
