Get Loud FORE! A Good Cause

Get Loud “FORE! A Good Cause,” Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice’s Annual Golf Tournament, presented by The Richardson Family Dealerships, will take place on Monday, June 25.  The 18-hole scramble format tournament, held at Little Mill Country Club in Marlton, will have a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. An awards reception and dinner will follow at 4:30 p.m.

Samaritan’s annual golf tournament has two important goals: to raise funds and to raise awareness. For the last 32 years, Samaritan’s not-for-pro­fit services have helped people in the community to live each day fully and with dignity, even as they cope with issues of aging, serious illness and grief. Supporting Get Loud FORE! A Good Cause will help Samaritan continue its proud tradition of never turning anyone away from its “live-out-loud” care due to an inability to pay.

The entrance fee of $295 includes continental breakfast, lunch, a commemorative sports shirt, greens fees and a cart, refreshments on the golf course, the awards dinner reception and a player gift package. 

The event features hole-in-one contests to win luxury automobiles and other prizes, mulligans, 50/50 raffles, a silent auction and various individual and foursome awards. Golfers can also participate in the “Loud Pants Contest” (details below) by wearing their most colorful pants (that still conform to Little Mill’s dress code) for a chance to win a trophy and bragging rights for the year.

Live-Out-Loud: LOUD PANTS CONTEST: Golfers are encouraged to participate in the “Loud Pants Contest” by dressing as loudly as their inhibitions permit by wearing their most colorful pants (that still conform to Little Mill’s dress code) for a chance to win a trophy and bragging rights for the year and then help us spread the message “loud and clear” that Samaritan’s expanded Family of Services are here to serve all who need them.
