Last Chance for Early Registration to Benjamin-Ross 5K

Tomorrow’s the deadline for discounted early registration for the 18th annual Benjamin-Ross Memorial 5K, which races through the streets of Woodbury Sunday.

After Thursday, the race fee bumps up from $17 to $19 on day-of registration.

Race day registration opens at 8 a.m. Sunday at the base of Wood Street, and the 5K gun goes off at 9:30 a.m.

The race goes through the heart of Woodbury, beginning at Wood Street, going up Centre Street into Bell Lake Park, before looping back to the Woodbury High School football stadium, where the race finishes on the track.

Proceeds from the race benefit a scholarship fund for Woodbury High School track and field athletes.
