West Deptford Eagles XC Continues Strong Performance
With a win over Collingswood and Audubon and a second-place finish at the GCC Shootout, the Eagles improve to 4-1 on their season.

Last week, the Eagles defeated Collingswood in a shutout, 15-50, on their home course at West Deptford Park, and added another win over Audubon by a score of 15-49.
The Eagles then participated in the South Jersey XC Shootout at Gloucester County College.
The race total was based on the lowest score from three races. The places from the two runners in the one- and two-spot, the two runners in the third and fourth spot and the place of the best finisher from the fifth, sixth and seventh runner races.
All seven of the varsity runners placed in the top 25 of their races to bring home a medal. Overall, the Eagles placed second as a team out of 31 schools from all over New Jersey, with a score of 29 points.
The 5, 6, 7 race results: John Ladner placed first in his race with a time of 17:15. Ryan Zuzulock placed 12th with a time of 18:18. Matthew Shinkle placed 18th with a time of 18:39.
The 3, 4 race results: Mitch Wilicek placed 2nd with a time of 17:02. Albert Kilpatrick placed 16th with a time of 17:51.
The 1,2 race results: Ray Parsons placed 3rd with a time of 16:35. Kevin Cianfarini placed 8th with a time of 16:59.
The Eagles' record in the Colonial Conference is now 4-1.
