The shift to Cherry Hill East for this year's edition of the annual holiday tournament wasn't an auspicious one for the West Deptford girls basketball team.

The Lady Eagles drew Gloucester Catholic in the first round, and despite a 14-point effort from Tina Furfari, West Deptford was bounced to the consolation game with a 61-34 loss.

Gloucester Catholic's Maggie McIntyre rained down six three-pointers in the game and topped all players with 22 points on the day.

West Deptford will play Camden Friday in the consolation, while Gloucester Catholic will play host Cherry Hill East.
