West Deptford Leads Pack in S.J. Group 2 Power Points
Following a 35-20 win over Sterling, West Deptford football took over sole possession of the top spot in the South Jersey Group 2 power points.
For the first time this season, West Deptford football finds itself in sole possession of the top spot in the South Jersey Group 2 power points.
The Eagles earned 20 power points for their 35-20 win over Sterling on Friday night. This was just enough for them to pull ahead of Cedar Creek for the Group 2 lead. Cedar Creek, who is also undefeated, only received 17 power points for their 27-7 win over Buena this past weekend. West Deptford and Cedar Creek are the only remaining undefeated teams in South Jersey Group 2.
Haddon Heights received a big boost in the power points this week, moving up from sixth to fourth place after their win against Overbrook. Haddonfield moved up one spot to sixth, while Sterling took a hit for their loss to the Eagles, falling to seventh.

With the Colonial Conference teams on a bye week this upcoming weekend, there likely will not be a whole lot of movement in the rankings between now and next week.
