Owners & managers treat their employee's horribly. Food is mostly frozen & has no taste. It's usually sent back for not being hot, or prepared wrongly. Bus boys usually steal servers tips off tables & management does nothing about it. From the time you start your shift til the time you go home you have already been treated so horribly by the cooks and managers that you do not wish to return to work the next day. The managers talk about you right in front of you in their own language & then laugh about it. If you are seen using your cell phone they take it or threaten to fire you. In taking peoples cell phones, unless you were smart enough to take your battery out/ set a password on your phone, they go through it in a drawer at the hostess stand. Where your phone is left unattended for anyone to steal. The reason why the servers might look like they "rush around" is because everyone is constantly afraid of being screamed at by managers. It has been witnessed that a manager had threatened to hit a server before, nothing is done about it. If working the shift that ends at 2am, you are never given a minute to leave early, even if bad weather permits. You are not allowed to use the back door exit even though all they have to do is unlock it, which is closest to your car. Instead they make you walk around the front of the building to the back by yourself at 2am with limited lighting in the parking lot. Worst place to work. Had one the best steaks I ever had was here. Menue is vast and the food is top notch. Coffee is good too. Only place where you order a salad and they come in this big mound; you think you'll never eat it all, watch you'll eat the most of it because they're that good. Soups are homemade tasting. The waitstaff is friendly, but sometimes seem to rush around to much and forget about when you want your check.
Great place to see sports game or to club late at night at the bar.
