With a red 1970 Chevy Nova in the front lot, The Piston Diner may be getting more than just a few head turns from passing classic car aficionados. Yet, a selection of muscle cars is only one of the many attractions to this modern take on a classic American diner. The Piston Diner officially opened its doors to customers on Monday, Dec. 3, with their grand opening celebration kicking off this weekend. With the first official snow of the season occurring only a week into November, the winter blues may soon be setting in for some. And while warm summer days, boardwalks and beaches may be far in the rearview—Piston Diner may just have locals reminiscing about the shore. Located on Route 130 North in Westville, directly across from Eagle Point Refinery, renovations are currently underway at the Piston Diner. Open till 4pm are you kidding we want dinner! I use to work in a restrauant an dinner and late night food is where you make alot of your money! You can't be a sucessful resturant and close at 4:00 in the afternoon.   more ›
