Forgery, Theft Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

The charges were among 22 handed up by a Gloucester County grand jury last week.

Daniels, 32, of Woodstown, for theft by unlawful taking in West Deptford on Dec. 9, 2012; and for failure to notify authorities of a change of address as a registered sex offender, on Dec. 11, 2012 in West Deptford.  • Joyce A. Woodbury Man Wanted in Gloucester County on Warrant

Mark A. Martin failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury, authorities said.

Mark A. Martin, 37, of 193 Logan St., Woodbury, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office on a warrant.  Martin failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury on April 22, 2013 for a status conference on a drug-possession charge.  Martin is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weights 165 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on his left arm, right arm and right hand.  On March 15, 2012 a Westville police officer stopped a vehicle without its headlights activated on Broadway near Olive Street at 2:12 a.m. The driver, Martin, did not have the vehicle' registration or a driver’s license, authorities said. Mantua Man Wanted in Gloucester County on Warrant

David Finlaw failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury on a cocaine-possession charge, authorities said.

David W. Finlaw, 41, of 12A Marathon Drive in Mantua, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office on a warrant.  Finlaw failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury on April 10, 2013 for a status conference on a cocaine-possession charge, authorities said.  Finlaw is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. WDHS Students Compete in 10th Annual Driver Safety Contest

Students from 10 are schools submitted 92 entries in the annual GlouCo driver safety contest. The winners will be announced at a screening in United Artists Washington Twp.

Entries have been submitted and the judging is over; now all that's left for the Gloucester County Highway Safety Task Force is to host the awards ceremony for its tenth annual driver safety student video contest. The task force was created by Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean F. Dalton, and "aims to reduce motor vehicle deaths through education and enhanced enforcement," according to a press release from the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. Videos depict the dangers of distracted or drowsy driving and are meant to encourage greater parental oversight of teen drivers. Gloucester County Police Museum Seeks Exhibit Items

The law-enforcement museum at Gloucester County College is expected to open in late 2013 or early 2014.

The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office submitted the following news release:  Officers of the Gloucester County Law Enforcement Education Resource Center, who have been planning and fundraising for a county police museum for the past year, are seeking the donation or loan of historic items that can be displayed  in the already-designated museum space on the Gloucester County College campus. Law enforcement uniforms, badges, hats, batons and holsters (firearms will not be exhibited in the GCC library room where the museum is to be located) radios or other equipment officers used, signage related to law enforcement agencies, photographs or other memorabilia would be welcome contributions to the museum collection. Three Fugitives Wanted in Gloucester County Nabbed: Authorities

The three were wanted on warrants for failure to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury, authorities said.

Three fugitives wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office for failure to appear in court were arrested over the past three days, authorities said.  Ahmet Bolat, 42, was apprehended Sunday at his workplace, Colonial Diner on Broad Street in Woodbury.  "A tipster’s report that he worked in the kitchen proved correct," said Bernie Weisnefeld, spokesman for the prosecutor's office.  Bolat, of Williamstown, was wanted because he'd failed to comply with probation supervision/bail supervision on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and failure to extinguish a fire, authorities said. He allegedly failed to remove two children from his apartment during a stove fire.  A second fugitive, 25-year-old Janine Bonnani, was arrested …

Yuuki Nemoto failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury after being charged in a jewelry scam, authorities said.

Update, 1:45 p.m. 4/9/13: Yuuki Nemoto has been apprehended. He is no longer wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.  ________________ Yuuki Nemoto, 26, of the 100 block of Adrienne Avenue, Blackwood is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office on a warrant.  Nemoto failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury for a pre-arraignment interview on a charge of theft by unlawful taking, authorities said.  Nemoto is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has black eyes and black hair.
