Woodbury Murder Suspect Denied Bail Reduction

Harry John Neher, 33, is charged in blunt force trauma death of his Woodbury neighbor, Sabrina Bullock.

The man accused of killing Sabrina Bullock and stuffing her body into a clothing collection bin in Woodbury must pay $1 million in bail or remain in jail, a judge ruled Friday. Harry John Neher, 33, sought a bail reduction in the murder case, but Superior Court Judge M. Christine Allen-Jackson denied the request. Neher stands accused of killing Bullock, 41, by blunt force trauma to her head and neck. Bullock, who lived with her juvenile daughter, was last seen alive on Dec. 29, 2012; her family reported her missing the next day. A Woodbury police officer searching for Bullock found her body on Dec. 31 in the clothing collection bin off Russell Street, behind the apartment building where the victim lived. Felon Charged in Woodbury Woman's Slaying Has Lengthy Criminal History

Harry John Neher is accused in the slaying of Sabrina R. Bullock.

A felon accused of killing a Woodbury woman and then dumping her body in a clothing-collection bin has a criminal history dating back more than a decade.  Harry John Neher, 32, was charged Monday afternoon with first-degree murder and related charges in the slaying of Sabrina R. Bullock, 41.  Neher and Bullock lived in the same apartment building at 51 S. Broad St. in Woodbury.  An autopsy by the Gloucester County Medical Examiner determined Bullock died of blunt trauma to the head and neck. Bullock lived with her juvenile daughter. Bullock was last seen alive on Saturday, Dec. 29 and was reported missing by her family on Sunday. A Woodbury police officer conducting a missing-person search found her body. UPDATE: Authorities: Missing Woodbury Woman Was Murdered

Sabrina Bullock was reported missing Sunday. Her body was found early Monday morning, and a neighbor is accused of killing her.

Update, 6:30 p.m., 12/31/12: Authorites have charged a Woodbury man in the slaying of a missing woman whose body was found in a clothing-collection bin early Monday morning.  Harry John Neher, 32, of 51 S. Broad St., was charged Monday afternoon with first degree murder, third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, third-degree hindering his own apprehension or prosecution, fourth-degree tampering with evidence and fourth-degree certain persons prohibited from possessing a weapon.  Neher is accused of killing Sabrina R.
