Gas Station Gunman, Accomplice on the Loose

Two men stole an unspecified amount of cash from the Lukoil gas station during an armed robbery on Wednesday morning.

West Deptford Police are searching for two suspects who robbed the Lukoil gas station at gunpoint on Wednesday morning, holding up the attendant and fleeing with cash. The suspects, two men, pulled up to the gas station at Red Bank Avenue and Crown Point Road just before 9:20 a.m. The driver initiated a conversation with the gas station attendant. While still seated in the car, the passenger then pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at the attendant, demanding that he turn over all of his money. The employee handed over an unspecified amount of cash to the suspects, who drove off, traveling north on Crown Point Road toward West Deptford High School. While West Deptford Police confirmed a robbery occurred, officers couldn't release any details immediately. According to Breaking News Network, a service that sends out alerts on crimes and fires, a gunman held up the gas station before 9:30 a.m. and stole $200.
