Weapons and drug related charges among Gloucester County indictments for the week of Feb. 25.
William B. Underwood, 25, of Haddon Township, for criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 15, 2012 in Mantua. Justin J. Castangna, 25, of Pitman, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on Oct. 26, 2012 in Pitman. Joshua A. Ellis, 20, of Pitman, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal mischief on Oct. 26, 2012 in Pitman. Daniel M. Alloway, 29, in Deptford, for theft by unlawful taking on dates in between June 30, 2012 and July 8, 2012 in Deptford. Gregory L. Kruise, 22, of Bensalem, PA, for unlawful possession of a weapon on Dec. 7, 2012 in Logan Township. Charita A. Walker, 30, of Glassboro, for aggravated assault or simple assault of a first aid worker on Oct. 25, 2012 in Woodbury. …
Two people accused of failing to provide a change of address notification as sex offenders also were indicted.

West Deptford police released a list of crimes reported in the past week.
Copper ground bars and copper wiring were stolen on Feb. 8 from a telecommunications site on Red Bank Avenue. A 42-year-old man was charged on Feb. 8 after trying to pick up a medication without the victim’s knowledge or permission. After leaving the CVS pharmacy located on Mantua Pike, the man was charged with theft of a prescription. Nine pieces of lawn furniture were stolen out of the side yard of a Lecato Avenue residence on Feb. 13. Cushions were found strewn around the front yard after five aluminum lawn chairs and four aluminum lounge chairs were stolen.
West Deptford Police Department also report a tire slashing and stolen GPS gear in the weekly crimelog.

Several items were stolen from Dan’s Heating and Air Conditioning on Jan. 13. A refrigerant, copper, a Bosch Roto hammer and a pencil holder were stolen from the business on Imperial Way. A Honda CR-V was damaged on Jan. 16 after vandals scratched the passenger-side view mirror. At the time, the car was parked in front of a residence on South Heather Drive. The front door of an apartment was damaged by vandals kicking it in and damaging the door jam on Jan. 18. No entry was made to the apartment located inside the Red Bank Apartment complex. A vehicle was recovered in Pennsville after being stolen from a parking lot in Forest Creek Apartments on Jan. 18. The gray 1999 Acura TL was recovered with no damaged, but with the car keys missing…
West Deptford police released a list of crimes reported in the past week.
A 2006 Chevrolet Equinox was damaged by vandals on Dec. 22. While the vehicle was parked on Birchwood Court, vandals poured motor oil onto and into the gas tank. “Ship decking,” a type of scrap metal, was stolen from the front of a residence located on Miller Avenue on Dec. 22. An iPhone was stolen on Dec. 22, after the owner had left the phone on the counter of the Bank of America, located in the Southwood Shopping Center. Due to an installed application on the phone and an investigation conducted by Cpl. Kevin Donahue, the phone was later located. Marco Martinez, 34, of Glassboro, was charged with theft of the phone. An iPod Touch with a white handheld device was stolen on Dec. 24 from a residence located on Cooper Drive. No entry was …

West Deptford Police provided the following reports: A 1-inch, 16-gauge flat bar of galvanized steel was stolen from the rear of SSM Industries, Inc. on Grandview Avenue on Dec. 1. Sprinkler systems were the target of thefts on Dec. 7 at residences on Worcester and Saxon drives. Two backflow preventers were stolen after being broken off from the sprinkler system. Vandals damaged two different sprinkler systems by smashing the PVC pipe connected to the backflow preventer and then removing them on Dec. 7. Both sprinkler systems were located at Knight Hawk Circle. A roommate stole a Canon digital camera and camera equipment from a Tatum Street residence on Dec. 8. The vinyl siding of a residence on Crown Point Road was damaged on Dec. 8. …
