West Deptford Safety Town 2013 - Session 1A

Safety Town is an important element of the Township’s Summer Recreation Program. Children registered to enter kindergarten in the fall can participate in a comprehensive accident prevention and awareness program. The two-week program teaches children the hazards associated with fire, poison, strangers, playgrounds, animals and traffic. Safety activities are conducted in an indoor classroom, supplemented by a setting consisting of a miniature town complete with buildings, streets, and crosswalks.  West Deptford Safety Town is open to WD residents entering kindergarten in the fall.  There is no fee to attend WD Safety Town!  To register your child, please complete the registration form included in the Township Summer mailing or pick up a form at the Township building.  REGISTRATION BEGINS JUNE 3rd.  No forms accepted prior to June 3rd.  To serve as a teen volunteer, please see the information listed below.
